COVID-19 protocols

When making a reservation, we will require permit to travel (proof of business) as well as a completed check-in form and copy of ID. All of this is usually required upon check in but will be required ahead of time to aid contact-less check in procedures.

Check in will require arrival temperature screening (High temperatures will mean refusal of entry) and signing of pre-filled out check in form with date and time.

Arrival will be contactless with sanitation and social distancing enforced.

Masks are required at all times when not in your room

You will be provided keys to your room, sanitised one last time in your presence

You will be shown to your room which is sanitised and cleaned prior to your arrival and then sealed so you know no one has entered the room post sanitisation.

Rooms will be sanitised post each stay and the required period observed between guests in each room. (This will reduce the occupancy rates significantly)

Breakfast will be served in our dining room with strict distancing measures in place. Guests need to book their time slot the night before to help us ensure we manage numbers at all times.

Check out will consist of minimal contact-  final account payment (If not settled in full upfront), deposit of keys and departure.

Staff will follow all protocols for safe distancing, temperature checks, wearing of masks, hand washing and sanitising.

Linen and Laundry will be treated with great care for hygiene and safety.

 

Food preparation will follow all hygiene and safety requirements.
